As a company who prides itself on being innovative leaders in field of training, we felt it appropriate to step things up a notch and are pleased to announce the release of our new, exciting, and pioneering Q3 Training.

Because Paragon Performance Training (PPT) is known for taking old out dated ideas and teaching them in a new, interactive and unique way that allows for our clients to really engage, learn from, and take away; in depth knowledge, principles, and tools they can put into use right away, we wanted you to be the first to learn about Q3.

Here at PPT we have created a model of integrating our learners Intelligence Quotient (IQ), Emotional Quotient (EQ) and Communication Quotient (CQ) and have termed it “Q3 Training”. By integrating all three intellects, we are able to offer a very complete and comprehensive array of courses and training programs for our clients.

Reading, understanding, reasoning, analyzing, and judging are skills and competencies belonging to the IQ domain. These are hard skills which relate to requirements in your academic and occupational requirements. All of our Safety Training Programs, Executive Training Development, and Small Business Workshops fall into the IQ realm of the Q3 Training.

Empathy, leadership, communication, teamwork, and management skills belong to the EQ domain. This is also where your different personality traits, social graces, languages, and habits and developed to help characterize how you relate with other people. All of our Business Skills Training and Development, Team Building, Time Management, Interpersonal & Soft Skills Training workshops fall into place, within the EQ realm of the Q3 Training.

Competencies such effective communication, creativity, curiosity, brainstorming, innovativeness, change management, and creative problem solving belong to the CQ domain. CQ is the newest type of intelligence, and is am intelligence that can be measured and improved just like your IQ and EQ. It is a new category all on its own and one that has emerged over the last couple of decades as professional businesses have increasingly been monitoring their employee’s abilities to communicate and build relationship.
