Customer Service (1 Day)
Achieving World-Class Customer Service requires strong service leadership, skilled management, effective teamwork, and skilled, caring and motivated people on the front line. It is essential that customers feel respected, cared for, and trust doing business with you. The result is long-term customer loyalty.

Topics covered; Learn to identify and analyze customer needs and problems, recognize the most common reasons for customer complaints, discover techniques to cultivate and maintain special customer service.

Team Building (4 hrs.)
Effective teamwork is necessary in achieving increased productivity and attaining positive contributions from your employees. It is vital in team building that members understand their roles and expectations in order to create a collaborative environment.

Time Management (1 Day)
The productivity of individuals and organizations hinges greatly on their ability to plan and manage time efficiently. Practical skills and insight are necessary in the development and implementation of successful time management. Proven tools and techniques will allow you to make better day to day choices about investing your time, and achieving your goals.

Topics covered: Understanding of time and time wasted, how to extract optimal potential, organization and goal setting, attitude for effective time management.

Effective Communication (1 Day)
Participants will rate their listening skills and learn how to actively listen and how to communicate the message effectively. The listener will be able to understand exactly what the sender is saying.

The following methods will be used:
Effective listening skills, active listening, passive listening.

Performance Evaluations (4 hrs.)
Communication between employee and management is an ongoing tool for a successful company. Evaluation or the performance of the work and the worker is valuable in providing a written and verbal form of dialogue. The course will take you thru what it is, who is involved, why it is necessary and how to
use it as a building block.

How to Attract and Retain Employees (4 hrs.)
It is essential to strive to retain a skilled employee. Thru this course we will discuss the Rights and Responsibilities of both the employer and the employee.
